RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 4(th) November 2020, it transferred to participants in its employee share

schemes   1,657 Ordinary Shares at prices of EUR27.86 and GBP24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 14,620,874 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 785,019,464 .
