The City Pub Group plc (AIM: CPC) announces that Clive Watson, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 November 2020 at an average price of GBP0.732 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Clive Watson is beneficially interested in 3,348,156 * Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.17 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

* Includes 273,593 Ordinary Shares held in the name of Clive Watson and DCD Trustees Ltd as Trustees of The Bar and Kitchen Pension Scheme
