Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 29, 2021, Imperial Oil Limited (the “company”) by means of a press release announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 27 cents per share on the outstanding common shares of the company for the fourth quarter of 2021. The dividend is payable on January 1, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
