Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the wireless telecoms and critical communications markets, announces that today the Company received notification that as of 2 December 2020, Mr. M.H. and Mrs. D.M. Dixon hold 47,500,000 shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 22.2 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
