Appointment of Independent Financial Adviser
Finablr PLC ("Finablr" or the "Company"), the global platform

market f ollowing the announcement made on 16 March 2020.
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Houlihan
Lokey, a leading global investment bank, as Independent Financial
Advisor. Houlihan Lokey will explore strategic options for the
Company including a debt restructuring, capital raise or sale of
assets.
