The Company was notified on 4 March 2021 that the following ordinary shares of 5p each were purchased on 3 March 2021 for Helen Gordon, Andrew Saunderson and Michael Keaveney, who are directors and/or persons discharging managerial responsibilities, in relation to the Grainger Employee Share Incentive Plan ("SIP").
