Issue of shares and total voting rights

During October 2020, the Company issued 12,800 new Ordinary shares of 10p each from its block listing authority of 10 January 2020 and 9,120 new Ordinary shares of 10p each from its block listing authority of 17 August 2020 (together the "Share Issue"). Following the Share Issue the Company has the ability to issue a further 13,000 shares under its block listing facility of 19 October 2018, 121,564 shares under its block listing facility of 23 September 2019, 8,112 shares under its block listing facility of 10 January 2020 and 266,764 shares under its block listing facility of 17 August 2020.

The Company's enlarged issued share capital comprises 82,470,795 ordinary shares. The Company holds zero shares in treasury. Therefore, when calculating voting rights, shareholders should use the figure of 82,470,795 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
