Stonehage Fleming Investment Management Limited ("Stonehage Fleming") have informed the Company that, following its purchase of 5,000,000 shares in last week's placing as announced on 19 November 2020, it now holds 38,035,010 shares, equating to 9.29% of the Company's issued share capital. Prior to this placing, Stonehage Fleming held 33,035,010 shares, equating to 8.70% of the Company's issued share capital.
