General Meeting Date Extension

London: Informa PLC ("Informa" or "the Company"), the International Exhibitions, Events, Information Services and Advanced Learning Group, has today posted, or otherwise made available to shareholders, details of a date extension for the General Meeting called for Friday 18 December. This will now take place on Wednesday 23 December, providing shareholders with additional time to complete necessary processes at what is a busy time of year, particularly in light of COVID-19.

This follows the decision to amend the Circular to the General Meeting in order to include a further enhanced underpin to the Informa Equity Revitalisation Plan. The documents listed below are available to view or download from the Company's website: www.informa.com

The General Meeting will now take place at 10am on Wednesday 23 December 2020 at 5 Howick Place, London, SW1P 1WG.

As previously stated, due to the current restrictions on public gatherings the General Meeting on Wednesday 23 December 2020 will be a closed meeting with only the minimum number of Directors present necessary to form the quorum. Shareholders should not attempt to attend the meeting in person and are encouraged to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy to ensure that their votes can be counted in the poll.

All proxy votes need to be received by the registrar, Computershare, no later than 10am on 21 December 2020.
