RETURN OF CAPITAL

The Board of Directors of KKV Secured Loan Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has resolved to return an amount of 5.5 pence per share to Ordinary Shareholders, being GBP 19.6m based on the current number of shares in issue, and to return an amount of 6 pence per share to C Shareholders, being GBP8,335,453 (the "Distributions").

This return of capital will be effected by way of an issue of redeemable B and D shares to existing shareholders pro rate to their shareholding on the record date set out below and the subsequent redemption of those shares.

It is expected that the timetable for the return of capital will be as follows:
