The Company's issued share capital consists of 183,528,121 ordinary shares. The Company holds 1,784,219 ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 181,743,902 .

The above figure 181,743,902 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Kingspan Group plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
