Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging

In accordance with DTR 3, LSL was notified that Adam Castleton
(Group Chief Finance Officer) and Jon Round (PDMR) each acquired
0.2p ordinary shares in LSL on 22(nd) June 2021 following the
exercise of options received in 2018 pursuant to LSL's 2018 save as
you earn option scheme (SAYE). The details of the exercise are set
out in the table below.
The 2018 SAYE is an all-employee scheme approved by HM Revenue
and Customs. The 2018 SAYE exercise price for the options granted
was GBP2.45 per ordinary share of 0.2p and the options became
exercisable at the end of the three-year saving plan, on 1(st) June
2021.
Following the above transactions, Adam Castleton and Jon Round's
shareholding in LSL (including shares held in LSL's Share Incentive
Plan (SIP)) is set out below.
