Learning Technologies Group plc ("LTG" or the "Company"), the provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, confirms that further to the announcement of the proposed acquisition on 15 February 2021, all conditions relating to the acquisition of getBridge LLC and related assets ("Bridge") have been satisfied and the transaction has now completed.
