Learning Technologies Group plc, the provider of services and
technologies for digital learning and talent management, announces
that on 17 February 2021 Jonathan Satchell (Chief Executive
Officer) transferred 8,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at
the closing price of 174.4 pence per Ordinary Share to The Satchell
Trust. Mr Satchell and his wife are the sole Trustees and his
children have beneficial interest, and therefore the Trust is
considered to be a Person Closely Associated with Mr Satchell.
Following the transaction above, Mr Satchell and family will
have the following interests in the Company's share capital:
