-- Sold 1,856,547 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 175.4 pence per Ordinary Share

-- Acquired 1,856,547 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 175.4 pence per Ordinary Share

Following the transaction above, Leslie-Ann Reed's beneficial holding in the Company remained unchanged at 4,839,463 Ordinary Shares and this holding represents approximately 0.655 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
