Confirmation of Directorate Change

As reported in the Company's Half-Yearly report to 30 June 2020 released to the market on 28 September 2020, Franck Mathe, a Director of LSA, stepped down as a Director of the Company on 30 September 2020.

Michael Baines, Chairman of the Board, stated that Franck had been a strong supporter of the Company and the Board wished to thank to him for the valuable advice and guidance he had given.
