Further to its announcement of 26 March 2020, Location Sciences (AIM: LSAI), the leading location data verification company, announces that it is issuing, in aggregate, 26,780,665 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") comprising 21,980,665 new Ordinary Shares further to the exercise of warrants at 0.1 pence per Ordinary Share and 4,800,000 new Ordinary Shares ("Peterhouse Shares") at 0.625 pence per Ordinary Share as part of the corporate broking fees due to Peterhouse Capital Limited in connection with services provided to the Company on the fundraising announced on 6 March 2020. The Peterhouse Shares have been issued utilising the Company's existing share authorities obtained at the Company's annual general meeting of shareholders held on 9 April 2020.

Application has been made for the admission of 26,780,665 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") which is expected to occur on 7 May 2020. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares.

Following Admission, the Company will have 533,748,302 Ordinary Shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
