The Company announces that the Inglis Charitable Trust, a trust closely associated with Stephen J Inglis, non-independent Director of the Company and CEO of the asset manager to the Company, purchased 32,024 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of GBP0.622 per share on 30 October 2020.
