Share Consolidation

Further to the announcement on 9 October 2020, Saga plc (the "Company" or "Saga") today announces that following approval of the Consolidation at the General Meeting on 2 October 2020, applications have been made to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange for the Consolidation to be reflected on the Official List and the Main Market respectively. It is expected that 139,594,769 Consolidated Shares of 15 pence each will be admitted to trading and dealings will commence on the London Stock Exchange at or around 8:00 a.m. today.

Upon the Consolidation becoming effective (which is expected to occur at or around 8:00 a.m. today), Saga's issued ordinary share capital will consist of 139,594,769 ordinary shares of 15 pence each and the total number of voting rights in Saga will be 139,594,769. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Saga under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
