Result of Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting

SEC Newgate (AIM: SECG), the international communications, advocacy and research group, is pleased to announce that at the adjourned extraordinary shareholders' meeting ("ESM") held earlier today, in connection with the issue of the EUR2.5 million convertible bond ("Bonds") to be subscribed by Inveready Convertible Finance Capital I FCR and Inveready Convertible Finance Capital SCR S.A., each a fund set up or managed by Inveready Asset Management S.G.E.I.C., S.A, all resolutions were duly passed.

Subject to filing of the ESM resolution with the Companies Register in Italy, the Bonds will be subscribed and issued, which is expected to occur within the first week of March 2020.
