In accordance with the requirements of UK Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, the Company announces that it was notified on 1 August 2021 that Cindy Peters, Chief Human Resources Officer, acquired 4,986 shares in the Company which vested under the terms of a restricted share award granted on her appointment. No consideration was paid for the shares, which have vested following the satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company.
