Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) announces that Juliet Thompson, Non-Executive Director, has today resigned from the Board with effect from 30 June 2019.

The Board extends its best wishes to Juliet for the future and will now commence a search for a replacement Non-Executive Director.

Resolution 13, relating to the election of Juliet Thompson by shareholders, at the Company's Annual General meeting to be held on 23 July 2019, will not be put to the meeting and votes received will not be counted.
