Annual Report 2019 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Steppe Cement Ltd wishes to inform that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Suite 10.1, 10(th) Floor, West Wing, Rohas Perkasa, 8 Jalan Perak, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Wednesday, 8 July 2020 at 4.00 p.m. The AGM shall be conducted online due to travelling restrictions.

The resolutions for the meeting will be:

Resolution 1

Adoption of Audited Financial Statements

To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for year ended 31 December 2019.

Resolution 2

First and Final Dividend for the Financial Year ended 31 December 2019

To approve the payment of First and Final Dividend of GBP0.03 per ordinary share of no par value each in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019.

Resolution 3

Re-election of Directors

To re-elect the following directors who offered themselves for re-election:

3.1 Xavier Blutel

3.2 Javier del Ser Perez

3.3 Rupert Wood

The Annual Report 2019 will be posted on Monday, 15 June 2020, to shareholders who have elected to receive a physical copy.
