Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) announces that Steve Harvey, a
PDMR, purchased 33,665 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the open offer and excess open
offer in May 2020.
Mr. Harvey remains beneficially interested in 153,665 Ordinary
Shares, as announced on 19 April 2021 following his recent exercise
of options.
