Forthcoming Q1 2020 Results, Investor Call

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that its consolidated financial results and investor presentation for the first quarter 2020 will be published at 7 am BST / 10am GST on Wednesday, 20 May, 2020 and available on www.tbcbankgroup.com .

On the same date, starting at 14. 00 BST, Vakhtang Butskhrikidze, CEO, and Giorgi Shagidze, CFO, will host an extended conference call to discuss the financial and operating results for the first quarter, as well as current and potential future COVID-19 related matters. They will be also joined by Nino Masurashvili, Chief Risk Officer, and Otar Nadaraia, Chief Economist, to provide an update on TBC PLC's risk management response to COVID-19 and the economic outlook.

Papuna Lezhava, Vice Governor of the National Bank of Georgia, is expected to participate and will provide a wider Georgian perspective.

The call is expected to last up to two hours and further details of the event will be available closer to the date.
