Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting and FY'20 Annual Report and Financial Statements

Trainline plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published its FY'20 Annual Report and Financial Statements and the notice of its 2020 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") to be held on 25 June at 120 Holborn, London EC1N 2TD at 10:00am BST (the "2020 Annual General Meeting Notice").

Due to the Government's compulsory COVID-19 measures prohibiting public gatherings the Board is, in compliance with industry guidance and consistent with latest market practice, required to inform shareholders that currently they will not be able to attend the AGM in person.

In the event that the COVID-19 measures are lifted in part or in full prior to the AGM, the Board may reconsider whether shareholders should be allowed to attend the AGM in person, taking into account first and foremost the health and safety of attendees. Any changes to restrictions on attendance will be reflected on the Company's AGM website page: https://investors.thetrainline.com/AGM

Shareholders are encouraged to appoint the chair of the AGM as their proxy with directions as to how to cast their vote on the resolutions proposed. The 2020 Notice of Annual General Meeting explains how shareholders can submit their proxy vote.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
