Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that it was notified on Friday 3 July 2020 that, Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, sold 139,210 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at an average price of 148.2 pence per share on Thursday 2 July. Following this sale, Mr Morris holds 1,022,698 ordinary shares, representing 0.67% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
