Appointment of New Director

Further to the General Meeting held on 24 October 2019, the Company announces the immediate appointment of David Irving to the Board.

David is currently a principal at Pellam Capital Partners Limited. He was formerly partner/co-chief investment officer at Grainmarket Asset Management, and prior to that, was a portfolio manager at Magnetar Capital where he focused on real estate and asset-backed investments across Europe.

There are no details in respect of David Irving's appointment requiring disclosure under paragraphs 9.6.13R(1)-(6) of the Listing Rules.
