Special Dividend

The Board of the Company is pleased to declare a special dividend of 49.4 pence per ordinary share (USD$ 0.668 per ordinary share) (the "Special Dividend").

The Company intends to pay the Special Dividend on 5(th) February 2021 to iEnergizer shareholders on the register on 15(th) January 2021. The Ordinary Shares will be marked ex dividend on 14(th) January 2021. The Special Dividend will be funded from the recently announced new debt facility and existing cash balances.

It is the Board's intention to maintain its existing dividend policy going forward.

The Board is also pleased to note that iEnergizer is now a member of FTSE AIM 100.
