RELX Group, which is owned by RELX PLC (REL.LN)and RELX PLC (REL.LN), said Monday that its subsidiary ReedPOP is buying Gamer Network, which includes websites and YouTube channels, for an undisclosed fee.

With this acquisition, ReedPOP is now expanding beyond the events production business, the company said.

Privately owned Gamer Network includes brands Eurogamer, RockPaperShotgun, GamesIndustry.biz, VG247, Outside Xbox, Digital Foundry and organizes EGX, the UK's biggest games event, RELX said.
