Lululemon Athletica Inc. (LULU) has named Calvin McDonald chief executive, effective Aug. 20. He was president and CEO of Americas for Sephora.

In February, Lululemon said its chief executive, Laurent Potdevin, resigned after unspecified behavior that failed to meet the company's standards.

The company said Tuesday that Glenn Murphy will resume his role as nonexecutive chairman.
