Gravis, a German reseller of Apple Inc. (AAPL) products, said Friday that it will continue to sell iPhones despite a move by Qualcomm Inc. (QCOM) to trigger a court-ordered sales block on certain models in Germany.

Gravis said it plans to continue selling the full range of iPhone models, including those listed in the injunction, and will restock according to customer demand.

A spokesman for Gravis said Qualcomm hadn't contacted the company.

"The bottom line is there hasn't been any impact on our business," he said.

A Munich district court in December ruled that several Apple handsets infringed on a Qualcomm patent and issued an injunction to block sales of iPhone 7 and 8 models, including the larger Plus devices, and the iPhone X.

Qualcomm on Thursday posted a deposit of 1.34 billion euros ($1.52 billion) in security bonds required to trigger the ban.

Apple has said it plans to appeal the ruling. During the process, iPhone 7 and 8 models won't be available at Apple's 15 retail stores in Germany, though they would remain available through wireless carriers and other retailers in the country, Apple said in December.
