Apple Inc. (AAPL) Chief Executive Tim Cook's total compensation was valued at $15.7 million last year, up from $12.8 million in 2017.

Mr. Cook's non-equity incentive plan compensation rose to $12 million from $9.3 million.

Apple said in its preliminary proxy statement Tuesday that it will hold its annual meeting March 1.
