Removal of Ordinary Share Class and Total Voting Rights
The board of Triple Point Income VCT plc (the "Company") is
pleased to announce that further to an order (the "Court Order") of
the High Court of Justice of England and Wales made on 26 February
2019 sanctioning the resolutions passed by the Company in general
and class meetings held on 10 January 2019 cancelling and
extinguishing all of its Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary
Shares"), and following the delivery to, and the registration by,
the Registrar of Companies of the Court Order on 26 February 2019,
the cancellation and extinguishment of the Ordinary Shares became
effective on that date.
Following the cancellation and extinguishment of all of the
Ordinary Shares, the listing of the Ordinary Shares was removed
from the Official List of the UK Listing Authority with effect from
8.00 a.m. on 28 February 2019.
Following the cancellation and extinguishment of the Ordinary
Shares, the issued share capital and total voting rights of the
Company is now 56,092,649:
13,441,438 C Ordinary Shares
13,701,636 D Ordinary Shares
28,949,575 E Ordinary Shares
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required
to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules.
