date Phillip Blundell, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 25,000
Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
at a price of 44.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, Mr Blundell holds 50,000
