Unilever PLC (ULVR.LN) on Wednesday said it has requested its NV Trust Office to begin initiating the termination of the depositary receipt structure.

The owner of the Hellmann's mayonnaise, Dove soap and Ben & Jerry's ice cream brands said the NV Trust Office has agreed to start the process.

Unilever said approval by depositary receipt holders will be sought by the NV Trust Office in due process.
