AGM Statement

Share plc, which operates The Share Centre Limited, a leading independent UK stockbroker, held its Annual General Meeting earlier today where it provided the following update on current trading.

"As previously reported on 29 May 2019, the Group showed a resilient performance during the first quarter despite a challenging market environment, with commission and fee revenues up by 2% on the same period last year, reflecting the benefits of acquisitions made in 2018 and its digital transformation strategy.

"The Group remains well-positioned for continuing progress and will provide a further update on trading with the publication of half year results, which are expected on 8 August 2019."
