Further to the announcement made on 5 June 2019, the Company was informed yesterday that, on 5 June 2019, Anthony Dove, a non-executive director of the Company, sold an additional 6,900 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 271 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased, into his ISA, 6,900 Ordinary Shares at a price of 271.5 pence per Ordinary Share to facilitate an ISA transfer.

Anthony Dove and persons closely associated are interested in 91,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
