In accordance with the requirements of Market Abuse Regulation
Article 19, the Company announces that it was notified on 12 June
2019 that Rupert Robson, Chairman of the Company, has purchased 249
shares in the Company at a price of GBP6.89 each. This purchase is
the result of a reinvestment in dividends held in an ISA and brings
Rupert's aggregate shareholding in the Company to 33,931 ordinary
shares.
