Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On June 26, 2019, NOVAGOLD Resources Inc. (“we” or the
“Company”) issued a press release announcing our financial results for the three and six month periods ended May 31,
2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
