Appointment of Permanent CFO

The Stanley Gibbons Group today announces that it has appointed Anthony Gee, currently the Group's interim CFO, as its permanent CFO with immediate effect. As part of his appointment, Mr Gee will also join the Board of the Company.

Mr Gee has been with the Group since 2012 and has previously held a variety of finance and operational roles, most recently as the Group's COO.

Graham Shircore, Group CEO said, 'Anthony has an unrivalled depth of knowledge of the Group's finance and operational functions as a result of his time with us. I am very much looking forward to continuing to work closely with Anthony as we make further progress in making the most of the Group's huge potential and delivering on our turnaround plans.'
