Responsibilities
This announcement is made pursuant to Article 19 of the Market
Abuse Regulation.
The Company announces that Ron McMurtrie, who is a member of the
Executive Committee of the Company, has exercised options over
1,964 Ordinary shares of 1(4/77) pence each in the Company at an
exercise price of 610 pence per share under the terms of The Sage
Save and Share Plan. The options were originally granted on 1 June
2017 and matured today, 1 August 2019. The resultant total
shareholding of Ron McMurtrie is 1,964 Ordinary shares of 1(4/77)
pence each in the Company.
