Notice of Half Year Results

SimplyBiz (AIM: SBIZ), the independent provider of compliance, technology and business services to financial advisers and financial institutions in the UK, will announce its Half Year Results for the six months ended 30 June 2019 on 10 September 2019.

The results will be published at 07:00 BST through the regulatory news service (RNS) and on the Company's website via www.simplybizgroup.co.uk.
