The Sage Group plc. (the Company)
Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities
This announcement is made pursuant to Article 19 of the Market
Abuse Regulation.
The Company announces that Steve Hare, who is a Director of the
Company, has exercised options over 9,463 Ordinary shares of
1(4/77) pence each in the Company at an exercise price of 317 pence
per share under the terms of The Sage Group Savings-Related Share
Option Plan on 13 August 2019. The options were originally granted
on 12 June 2014 and matured on 1 August 2019. The resultant total
shareholding of Steve Hare is 331,206 Ordinary shares of 1(4/77)
pence each in the Company.
