Relationship Agreement with Sports Direct International plc

Studio, the online value retailer and education business, announces that, following Sports Direct International plc ("Sports Direct") having become a 'controlling shareholder' of Studio in March 2019 (within the meaning of the UKLA's Listing Rules), it has entered into a relationship agreement with Sports Direct in compliance with LR 9.2.2AD(1) of the Listing Rules.
