Board Appointments

Following the announcements on 21 August regarding Board Transition, Refinancing and Strategy, and 9 September confirming that the Company had reached an agreement with Science Group Plc ("Science Group") with regards to a Statutory Merger, the Company confirms that Martyn Ratcliffe, chairman of Science Group, and Sarah Cole, company secretary and group legal counsel of Science Group, have joined the board of Frontier as chairman and director respectively.
