PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS AND CIRCULAR

The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc is pleased to announce that the Company has issued a prospectus and circular relating to an offer for venture ordinary shares ("Venture Shares") to raise GBP10 million (the "Offer")*, following approval from the Financial Conduct Authority.

The Offer is now open and is expected to close on 2 September 2020 unless fully subscribed at an earlier date. A copy of the prospectus and the circular will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism located at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and may be viewed on the Triple Point website: www.triplepoint.co.uk

*If the Offer is oversubscribed it may be increased to GBP10 million at the discretion of the directors of the Company.
