Telford Homes PLC (the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholdings
The Company announces that it has been informed that Jon
Di-Stefano, Chief Executive Officer, has exercised options over
ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the company ("Ordinary
Shares"). The options were under the Company's unapproved Telford
Homes Plc Employee Share Option Scheme.
Following this transaction, Mr Di-Stefano has an interest in a
total of 575,067 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.75
per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company further announces that it has been informed that
John Fitzgerald, Group managing Director, has exercised options
over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"). The options were under the Company's approved Telford
Homes Plc Employee Share Option Scheme.
Following this transaction, Mr Fitzgerald has an interest in a
total of 152,136 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.20
per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
