--Booking Holdings Inc. (BKNG) said Monday it would no longer be part of Facebook Inc.'s (FB) Libra alliance, the latest company to exit from the planned cryptocurrency, CNBC reported Monday.

--The Libra Association is meeting Monday in Geneva to review its charter and possibly appoint a board of directors, the report said.

--MasterCard, Visa, eBay and Stripe, among others, recently announced their departure from the group.
