Appointment of additional director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter L R Hewitt JP FCSI FRCS, as an additional non-executive director with immediate effect. Peter Hewitt will become Chairman of the Board.

Peter has been a director of 12 public companies over the last 30 years, chairing 7 of these including 7 years as Chairman and CEO of an AIM quoted construction and facilities management business, which he founded. He is currently Co-Chairman of Universal Defence and Security Solutions Limited; a non-executive director of Puma 10 VCT PLC, a fully listed public company and Blackfinch Spring VCT PLC.

Peter is a former Alderman of the City of London and inaugural Chairman of the City's GBP20m Social Investment Fund. He is an individually Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Securities Institute; a Justice of the Peace on the supplemental list and an Honorary Group Captain in 601 Squadron, RAuxAF.

Peter was a director of Puma VCT 7 PLC and Proven Planned Exit VCT PLC, both of which companies went into solvent liquidation. Save as set out here, there are no other details in respect of Peter's appointment requiring disclosure under paragraphs 9.6.13R(1)-(6) of the Listing Rules.
